A vegetable and annual bed feed for gardeners who would rather grow food with composted food waste than with mined phosphate.
Garden Blend is the general-purpose member of the line: enough nitrogen to push leaf growth early, enough phosphorus and potassium to carry fruit set, and enough organic matter to keep a worked bed from going to concrete by August.
Worm castings do more here than the analysis suggests. They bring biology into a bed that has usually been tilled, and they buffer the litter so a heavy hand at planting is far less likely to burn seedlings.
